Young people
Youth offending is a high profile, politicised issue. Much research and many reports have been produced into the issue. Gang, gun and knife crime are the issues most frequently associated with young people - although youth offending is a much wider issue.
Channel 4 set up the Street Weapons Commission in 2007 to investigate issues around gun and knife crime. The reccommendations can be downloaded here.
